We Want You On Our Stage
The Gift of the Magi - A Christmas Play in One Act.
Auditions Monday, September 30 - 7:00-9:30pm & Tuesday, October 1 - 7:00-9:30pm
Callbacks (if needed) - Wednesday, October 2 - 7:00-9:30pm
Please prepare a 1-minute dramatic monologue. There will also be readings from the script.
Auditions will be at the Gem Theater in Mulberry

Production Dates: December 13-15.
ROLES:
Della, a young wife
Jim, her husband
Mrs. Boyd —a neighbor
Madame Sofronie, a dealer
Felice, her assistant
Mr. Hartman, a clerk (may be played by a woman)
Narrator
This is a touching and beautiful story of a young couple unable to afford presents for each other on their first Christmas together. Each sacrifices a treasure to provide a gift for the other but, in so doing, they work at almost tragically funny cross-purposes. This is a play about young love and the value of giving. Indeed, the Magi were wise—and their gifts were wise gifts, however foolish in the eyes of the practical.

The Missing Piece Ribbon Cutting
The Missing Piece Theatre Company was honored to participate in a ribbon cutting with the Mulberry Chamber of Commerce on November 3rd. We are so lucky to have amazing support for the Chamber of Commerce, the City of Mulberry and the entire Mulberry community. We are truly putting the "Community" in community theatre. Looking forward to continuing to work with the Chamber to help group this wonderful area.
