George and Charlotte Hay, on the brink of a disastrous split-up caused by George’s dalliance with a young ingénue, have received word Frank Capra is coming to town to see their matinee. If he likes what he sees, he might cast them in his next movie. Unfortunately for George and Charlotte, everything that could go wrong does go wrong, including hilarious uncertainty about which play they’re actually performing, caused by Charlotte’s deaf, old stage-manager mother who hates every bone in George’s body.

We are looking for approximately 20-25 African American actors aged 9+ for this production! Audition sign ups are now open!
Audition Dates and Times:
Please prepare 2 Gospel (spiritual) songs or hymns. One with accompaniment (karaoke
version) and the other a cappella. Please have the verse and chorus prepared. However, be prepared to sing the entire song if requested. Not all roles require significant singing.
**All roles are unpaid.**

Audition Dates and Times:
Casting 35+ Actors - Ages 6 and up!
Please prepare 32 bars of a musical theatre song. Please bring sheet music in the correct key for the accompanist. No recorded tracks or a cappella.
**All roles are unpaid.**
